i got eso and didn't get my 30 day free i got eso normal when it just when went onto free to play (but i didn't know it was going to free to play ) and my friend got it the same time as me and he got 30 days free but i didn't is there any chance i can get 30 day free eso plus ? thanks

If you activate your game key after the launch of Tamriel Unlimieted (03/17/15) you won't get any free days (ESO plus membership). If you had applied your game code and activated your days with a valid payment method before the launch of Tamriel Unlimited, your remaining days would have been converted to ESO Plus membership resulting in up to 29 days of premium account.

Sorry about that, but you get 500 crowns to spend in the crown store at least.

i did order it before the eso went free and then it arrived just at it went free to play a bit annoyed but thanks for the reply and 500 crowns don't get u a mount tho lol

You know the game is free, so to speak (outside of buying the game). As in you do not need to pay a subscription, why would you need 30 days free game time?

i know it is but if i did get it before it went free to play i would of got a 30 free trail that then converted into eso plus so i should get 30 eso plus like my friend did but i didn't was seeing if i could get it worth a try
