✭You obviously are not reading the forums and should remain clueless. You cannot be helped. Read patch notes follow the forum and L2P are my only advise. Most importantly do not stand in red circles. Brian told us siege weapons would be buffed and they were. Put more into health! This is one post where I can say with great pride working as intended.
There will be consequences to standing in siege. fire, run heal run back fire run away heal come back. This will be the new meta. Weeeeeee or you can bubble up.

Finally my 5 piece Pact heavy set will do more than make me look like a bad ass Samurai.
Vamp hit by a fire treb should take 19K + two 9K ticks.
I'm not sure how any of the siege hits for 24K in one hit. Maybe an initial and some DoT ticks.

✭Well this is good news. Here is what I suggest based on the lack of info provided........
Move out of siege range. Change armor sets to reduce siege damage. Use Siege Shield from the Alliance War line. Heal. Level? Drop vamp?

Siege damage cannot be mitigated.2 -

Being a vampire in PVP starting this morning is going to be a death sentence. Between Evil Hunter and Fire based siege, the Bats/Stealth Speed/Regen Boosts just aren't good enough.

I disagree. There will be players that adjust and players that don't. There will be builds that specifically are set up to withstand siege damage. Let's try it out before everyone jumps on the band wagon of one player that posted no info. I know I will be adding Siege Shield to my 2nd bar as soon as I get in the game.4 -

@Huntler My problem is not so much "bad players" given a tool thats more effective than anything els in the game. Its more along the lines of, why should anyone use anything els in the game? when you can have 24k unmitigated damage by placing down a fire ballista.
