ZOS HELP! ALL quests that teleport me bugged. Unable to play!

My entire account has been bugged for weeks by some obscure glitch which causes any quest that is supposed to teleport my character to a new location to fail. I am not able to continue the main quest due to this quest being blocked:

(This was NOT fixed by the patch today that supposedly fixes this quest.)

Other quest that are supposed to teleport your character fail for me as well:

This has been going on for WEEKS since my character bugged out transforming into a werewolf during the Molag Bal fight and became stuck in a permanent werewolf form unable to attack while the interface spammed "Immune" over and over again.

I have yet to hear from ZOS and am completely unable to play thanks to this.

    Things I have tried:
    • Abandoned and re-tried quests. Same result.
    • Repaired the game client. Same result.
    • Attempted with all addons disabled. Same result.

    I put in support tickets and /bug reported it. Still stuck unable to play.

    Kind of hard to think ZOS never bothered at all.

    I received a reply to my original ticket about the permanent werewolf bug apologizing it happened, but nothing in regards to the continued issues with teleport quests all failing on my account.

    I know they are busy with all the returning TU players...

    that is unusual. I would have first assumed it was the add ons. :(

    There really isn't anything in the API that any addon has access to that could cause the game to not perform an internal function like this. Teleporting your character is something that takes place well beyond the superficial layer of the UI.

    I won't bother tagging any ZOS people in this post, as I think it just annoys them. XD

    Post your video in @ZOS_GinaBruno notes on the patch 2.0.2. That's the best way to get them working on it again. The video will help them debug it.

    Since I can't play anyway and haven't heard from ZOS, I am just going to delete my depot folder and run a repair, downloading 32+ GB of data again, since I know they will suggest this. At least now whenever they DO contact me I'll be able to say I already did that.

    Did you reply to the CS reply to your ticket? I think that escalates it because I did that once and the next reply came very quickly.

    Also I've seen people have some luck when they post the ticket number over on the help section of the forum.

    Well obviously someone has seen this, as they took the time to shuffle it off to the abyss of the "general help" forums to keep it off the front page (general forum).

    Still no word from support though...
