Imperial horse not in stable?

So I own the imperial edition of the game and I just came back to ESO after a while, anyhow, I made a new character and tried to visit the stables to get my imperial white horse, but it is not showing under the list of available horses?

Any help would be appreciated,

That's probably because you already have the horse unlocked. Check your collections UI, the horse should be there, just double-click it to make it your active horse.

thank you very much! Had no idea about the collection UI, that is new since I last played.
