idk how to reproduce
now i have infinite buff, not visual, but working buff all time
even if i out of combat very long time
it not dissapear when teleporting
or when relog to the game
or even if i close+relaunch eso
when i entering the game my hero playing "Hunter-cast animation" and after this i have this buff all the time without recasting it
sometimes he re-playing this animations
the skill actually not even on the active skill-bar
actually, i like this bug, it save alot of time for me(default time of this buff only 15 sec)
