Have to agree to TOS, Privacy, etc every time I log in

Everytime I log in to the game, I am asked to agree to the Terms of Service, the Privacy Policy, and the Code of Conduct, before I can log in, and when I get to the character select screen I have to choose my Country.
I have tried to run the repair, twice, but it has not fixed the problem. I have also submitted two bug reports in game, but recieved no word yet. Think it hasn't had time to get on the teams radar yet.
Anyone have any other ideas?

Thanks for the response! It was set to read-only. Not sure what it was set to before the 1.6 update, but unchecking the read-only fixed that problem.

Kragorn✭✭✭✭✭This seems to be a common problem after 1.6 installed, I've seen many people with it over the last couple of weeks.0
