Can I no longer get my Imperial Horse?

Returning player here. I made a new character and my Imperial Horse isn't appearing in my stable. Is it no longer available or am I missing something?

Look in your collections tab please, you will find it under "Mounts"0 -

All horses are just skins.
Your training the characters riding skills instead of training a horse.
When you say stable I assume you mean the old way of selecting other horses to train. That is no longer possible as your character can only train one skill per day but the riding skills applies to all horses as the horses are just cosmetic
