Great game but full of bugs!!!

Ok, lets start by saying I am having difficulties to log in. After a few attempts. I try to join with one of my toons and I get error <<1>> and get back to start screen. Other times the log in timed out and back to square one again.
Recently I had the freezing bug for 2-4 secs every minute or so. ZOS said "we cant do anything at this point" you will have to wait for 1.6, Indeed 1.6 fix it but I had to wait a month if not longer. And for what few days after B2P kicks in. I have more problems than before.
In the past support will contact you in less than 24 hours. Something we customers appreciate. But now with all the people in game having problems. It will be about a week to get the 1st answer. That doesn't mean the issue will be resolve but that hopefully someone is looking into it.
You should open the PTS to everyone to do stress test on the servers. It will show you how many ppl is able to handle w/o having problems.
Thank you ZOS for some great experience in the last few months. I was planning to continue paying for the game I like. But right now I think I will reconsider. You are not leaving ppl with much hope.

    Bugs are extremely difficult to identify and resolve. You may be plagued by them while many, many others do not experience anything you experience. Is this the a fault of the game? Is it a local fault on your system, router, security? Have you done everything to resolve it client side before expecting ZOS resolve it?

    It is wise to never contact support prior to visiting the support forums to investigate and attempt fixes officially posted by ZOS and suggestions from players who have similar problems. I've been in IT for over 16 years and have not seen a single company able to support all their clients directly and this becomes worse over time as the cost to host live support rises. You are expected to exhaust every avenue of self-support prior to contacting them. This is called triage ... and you do not want support doing the triage because you will be given automated responses until they are sure you exhausted all self-support and your issue isolated enough for effective resolution.

    Coincidentally I have been playing mmos for 16 years and I can count on 1 hand how many times I had to contact mmo support directly. This is because I investigated and found the (game play issue) resolution by myself through avenues outside of direct support. At the very least I identified it as a known bug and thus contacting support would have been pointless. Try to imagine how flooded with requests support gets when a majority of all complaints could have been handled by other means other than direct support contact. This is not just mmo support. This is all IT support. A huge percentage of complaints need never have been made in the first place.

    The PTS was open to every single person player before B2P. Participation is up to the player.

    I hope your issues are resolved in a timely manner but you must first explore the best method of resolution.

    I been here since launch game had some bugs but was pretty smooth, Cryodiil is the biggest issue with keep battles.

    I been here since launch. I accept minor bugs, unpolished game. But this is non sense.

    to answer your question. Yes, I have done everything in my side. From testing to trying different hardware, reinstalling apps, game, etc. You name it i been there. I am surprise how people jump to conclusions before knowing the facts.
    I been a gamer enough to knw what you mention is correct. I have also been in the IT field long enough. Believe it or not I been trying all the stuff and even looking at forums, different websites for a possible solution. Thank you for sharing your thoughts.
