Missing Horse

I bought the $15 horse from the store before Tamriel and I understood that allowed me to buy a horse for 1 gold on any character. However, a character I created after Tamriel doesn't have the 1 gold horse as an option.

I want what I paid for please.

Check your collections UI. "U" key by default

Also...yellow message above: "If there are items missing from your Collections UI, log into all your characters first. If you're still missing items, please contact our Support Team. Thank you!"

i was having the same issue, you need to make sure you right click on the mount under collections and set as active (or whatever its called)
