Major fracture preventing vampire drain !

i have a big issue that's really gamebreaking for me is that Major fracture debuff prevent me from using vampire drain. it tells me my target is immune. being a nightblade and VERY squishy it's very difficult for me to survive vt4 on packs of 3 just because of this.
the question is "is this working as intended or is it a bug?"
Because if it is a bug PLEASE fix this asap as it's ruining the game for me.

✭✭✭✭✭It probably isn't major fracture but the fact that you stunned your target recently(probably with surprise attack from stealth that also applies major fracture). Mobs that are hit with hard CC now get the same immunity after it expires as players do. Wait until the swirling white cloud at the mob's feet disappears before trying to feed on them.1 -
antoineverbeekb16_ESOSoul Shrivenok it makes sense but it woudl be nice to have updated tooltips then. that's really dreadful the way it is.
