Would like to reroll one of my (non vet) characters because I am not liking the look of her at all, and am wanting to know if this will cause the new character to not have access to my existing CP pool. The reason being, I was awarded the 70 CP via 3 different vet characters (10, 5, and 2) and from what I have read, am under the impression that the partial (200,000xp) vet level CPs that were awarded initially will not be available to any new characters. Is this correct?

Kragorn✭✭✭✭✭@Coatmagic, once the CPs have been 'claimed' (to use ZOS' term) by the VR characters you have and are now in the common pool (ie. they're all available for spending via the CP UI, the '=' keybind) then all characters will get them to spend.
I don't really know what it is you read that gave you the impression about the partial levels (ie. the 200k) not being usable but that isn't the case, all CPs are the same and simply all go into the account-wide pool.
All characters existing now and those you create will have access to that pool .. as you probably know each character has the full pool to spend, it isn't shared between them .. so go ahead and delete the character you don't like, her replacement will indeed have the full count of CPs to spend.
I recall some very horrible language being used by ZOS which caused a good deal of confusion about the claiming of points and their not being available, it was pretty tortuous English that took some parseing to decipher initially.
@Taleof2Cities not sure why you linked that thread, the OP in there at least was talking about VR characters which had been deleted prior to the qualifying date, which isn't what @Coatmagic's asking about.Edited by Kragorn on March 19, 2015 10:18PM0
