Didn't get sanche mount - was I overlooked?

    Same had to send in multiple tickets for the mask, looks like i'll have to do the same for the senche mount.... God I had having to deal with customer service. Oh well here we go again.

    I checked my account after a relog didn't get it to show up and saw it was on there.
    Closed the game out and restarted and there he was :)

    Now I have to decide who's gonna ride what lol

    I haven't received the mask, the dwarven sphere, or the senche mount, and I've got 330 days paid. I submitted a ticket. Hopefully they will fix me up. :)

    I didn't receive mine today and after relogging a few times I sent in a phone request ticket and got a call back in less than 10 minutes. They verified that my account was eligible and he applied the mount right then and it showed up instantly! :smile:

    I got it. A friend of mine does not. Im not sure, but im affraid she has 270 days. if she would pay for tamriel unlimited wil she still get it some day or wil she mis out completely?

    ofcours the same goes for new players who may choose to go for Tamriel unlimited the next 10 months and any one inbetween now and then.

    13000 crowns....over 330 days paid on account...

    I even emailed support last week to avoid a problem in advance and they confirmed last week I was eligible for all rewards now....

    and....nothing. No loyalty rewards, no mount....

    Tried re loggin, restarting client, logging into all characters....and nothing.

    :(

    I can't even log into game right now because it keeps crashing and getting stuck on loading screen.

    I put a ticket in and got my mask and if I do not have my mount I will do the same with that. Put a ticket it and they will get it for you if you are eligible.

    Yep, I had to ticket for my jester mask. No tiger that should have been there this time either, filed a ticket and hopefully will be riding it soon ;).

    You file a phone ticket in support. It is much faster than email. I got my senche now so I'm happy.

    I have just had my call back from support and he is telling me what the support page on web site says is wrong, what Gina says is wrong and what the forums are saying is wrong.....

    First he said they are still sending them out....which is wrong...

    Then he said even though I have 330 paid game time on my account before the cut off date I am not eligible ....

    Then he said everything the mods / devs told me is wrong, the support website is wrong and I should not be getting the loyalty rewards or the senche mount....

    I explained I got confirmation from support last week that I was eligible and will be getting all loyalty and mount rewards, I explained what we have been told on forums and what it says on support website, it seemed to fall completely on death ears....

    I actually thought it was terrible service from this support guy, sorry but it was.

    He said he is passing me on to Gina directly and I will get another call back....

    Wow, just wow. Usually the customer service reps are super helpful and not so contradictory. Hopefully Gina gets it squared away, otherwise keep sending in tickets until someone is actually helps.

    Even if you shouldn't qualify, they should still honor it since they've told you that you would qualify. I seem to recall on the ESO Live episode that first talked about the Senche mount that Gina even said that it doesn't need to be elapsed time, just need to have 300 days paid for by the deadline.

    I do not see it in my billing history either. I will wait until I get home from work so I can log in and see if it shows up. I did get the Hrothgar Wraith in my history though.

    Sadly I was overlooked again. Same as with the mask. Only got it after a few mails. Don't know why this is. Will file a ticket now. I hope they give it to me. Have an active account and 5x60 day of paid gametime on my account (24.2.2015)....

    If you have not subbed into the future (so no bonus crowns included in your total) and you got
    3100 or 3200 crowns, then you should get the tiger
    if you got 3000 or less, you do not
