Didn't get my sanche mount yet but many others have. Does that mean my account was overlooked again?

    I'm hoping they just haven't finished sending them out yet. Not sure if I have mine or not but didn't get my Mask of Cheerful slaugther before and have been watching my billing history that shows when I got the other rewards. Not sure how soon that is updated.

    Assuming that it is a staged roll-out, so just have to wait. Can't wait for mine, will be hard to choose between that and the Guar (love them Guar hops).

    They had mentioned it taking through "this weekend" so I'd wait until at least Monday before starting to worry.

    Check your account billing history. It will show up there when it is delivered. I think you need to relog to receive it in game after it is delivered.

    Hard to be patient when all the cool kids are riding theirs around. Not nearly as much fun to wait patiently, eventually not get it, contact support, wait patiently and then get the reward when it is old hat. That's already happened and it's just not a great user experience. Wanted to be part of the fun this time.

    Again?! Why?! Had the exact same problem with support, took three emails and days to get it resolved :(

    I put a ticket in and got my mask and if I do not have my mount I will do the same with that. Put a ticket it and they will get it for you if you are eligible.

    Relogging didnt work for me, I had to actually close the game out completely and then I got mine. Try that!

    Yeah I have but it's a pain. You'd think after making this error with the mask, they might, possibly, maybe try to avoid making the same error again.

    Same here , and i've entered my last 60 day card in last minute and did get a confirmation from support if i am eligible or not. They said i'm eligible so i've sended another to get senche. Will take 3 days again probably to get an answer ....

    Not got mine and neither has my girlfriend either.

    Got 300 days exactly and got Mask of Cheerful Slaughter along with a confirmation from ZOS support that I am indeed eligible to receive the Senche, so I should have gotten it.

    Looks like it's ticket time again.

    Remember that the free 30 days, and the additional 5 days of free time do not count towards the 300 days.

    make sure you had 300 days of sub through the year.

    Yep checked and double checked, same as support asked me to do with the mask. Still 300 days of paid time there before the deadline, excluding all free and complimentary time :)

    I wonder how do ZOS count 300 days of subscription?
    If I have 3k crowns in Crown store was I eligible to recieve Senche? (10x100 + 500 + 1500) Or you count crowns in another way?
