- Most of us were lagged out (crashed or frozen)
- The other half couldn't get in the doors
- Don't assume that pop locked means that we are even strength. That is far from the truth. Also the pop locks are broken and need to be looked into.
- After EP lagged out Ales, many didn't feel like going though the same thing again at Glade

That scroll push wasn't DC crashing out. There was less than 20 DC in both keeps combined when we took them. We were all very confused.
I know EP lags just as much as us. But I also don't understand why it takes your entire faction in one place to get anything done. This just makes the situation worse. You have enough players to fight out on 2 fronts. Yet you always seem to just pick one or the other. Mainly DC from my observations.
It's because of this that ZoS is saying we all need to spread out more. Of course since DC had nothing left to really defend or go after, we had..(or should have) rallied at Glademist and Warden to stop the scroll from being taken. Somehow though, it seems the faction wasn't on the same page for that. Granted we also had AD pushing from the south, and yet BOTH your factions typically have more numbers than ours. Pop locked or not. I just don't get it.
ZoS is the main blame ultimately with incompetence to solve the issue. I also think the map itself favors EP and AD when it comes to defense. Roe and Alessia are always a very tough nut to crack if AD has even 1/4 of it's pop there. I can't say the same for any of the DC Keeps. I still don't know how ZoS thought putting keeps in a hole surrounded by higher vantage points for attackers was done in ANY time in world history. Giving the attackers full advantage. It's seriously quite laughable, and was never done. You just don't build Keeps like that!!!!!!!!! lol.

Many of you talk as if EP sweeps in, does nothing but lag out the server while being immune to the lag wherein they mop the floor with the crippled enemy faction once the lag kicks in.
Evidently the NFL has nothing on EP when it comes to the amount of head trauma inflicted on the battlefield.
Accusing EP of lagsploiting is as ridiculous as me claiming that we put an end to the lag whenever we vanquish DC (or AD). It's amazing how the lag disappears once the number of dead enemies on the ground or floor increases.
I guess blaming the lag is the new method of diagnosing battle losses.

There were 30+ of you on the front flag at Glade. All 30 where piled up and just spamming AOE's, not even trying to fight the DC running around. That was clear lagsploiting. Make all the excuses you want but we are all playing the game.

I think the definition of what a 'lagsploit' is has gotten looser and looser as time has gone on.
What do you feel that EP should have been doing in that situation? They are there to accomplish capturing Glademist. You are there to stop it. This means both Nave and Apse flags must be flipped.
Please explain how you accomplish this with the EP forces present.

The issue with the lag is that you can pick up scrolls regardless and capture keeps because you have numbers, even though your players might be garbage.
Every fight I've encountered on Thorn in a keep, it has lagged. So definitely not doing that until its improved.

Maybe it's time for ZOS to reconsider adding Keep Lords to castles (a V14 epic level mob, about as tough as a Veteran Mode dungeon final boss like Bogdan) that you have to kill to capture the keep instead of a flag that you have turn with sheer weight of bodies.
I actually like this idea. Reminds me of Aion. Had to fight an epic totally bad ass boss mob to take control of a keep. Along with a bunch of adds, and all the other enemy players.

Couple things, I am not new or returning lol. I've played almost daily since beta. Show me proof that the pop lock is broken. I understand it's not an exact set number across all factions, and no matter wtf is going on, you defend Glade and the scrolls as best you can. People didn't go because of the lag? Seriously? That's how EP wins. Suck it up, and get over there. If it's gonna be a lag fest then let's crash the server with EVERYONE there. There is no surrender. There is no quit.

The only keeps that appear to be properly situated (on a major trade route, on top of a hill, etc) are:
Fort Ash (commands the area, 2/3rds of the resources are lower than it)
Castle Alessia (the farm is an issue, and the castle should really be there, but it's at a MAJOR crossroads, so makes sense)
Blue Road Keep (another crossroads keep, overlooks 2 of its three resources, with the third being far enough back you can't siege from it)
