Can only pick tier 1 Champion perks

Sorry if this is stupid question, but I can't seem to pick any Champion perks apart from the level 1 ones. For example, in the shadow tree I have 12 points invested. After investing the 10th one, the fortune seeker perk, which says it requires shadow rank 10, lit up, as if I could pick it. But when I click on it nothing happens. And yes, I do have points left to spend!

What am I missing?

There are 4 perks you can increase and 4 than have only one level and unlock automatically at 10, 30, 75 and 120 points. You can't invest points in them, they just immediately take effect when unlocked.

You don't need to spend a point in it. Once you reach level 10, you get that perk.
