Wavek✭✭✭What do you mean by Leveling Guide? (what sort of info do you want it to give you?) There are addons that will show, on the map, quest locations and other things. There are also enhanced quest journals.1 -

Just enjoy the game! ESO is not like your usual MMO where the game starts at endgame. Take the time to enjoy the stories and the landscape. Allow yourself to get immersed, to be side tracked! You may be surprised about how fun the game is, and you will even not notice that you are leveling!

✭If you want to find sky-shards and mage lore books fast and where all the quests are. (which makes leveling fast)
Get the following addons
Lorebooks
Skyshards
Destinations
