To be honest, I would.bellanca6561n wrote: »But I don't really blame the developers for not offering it.
I've never been overleveled 1-50 on the 5 I have at VR1+ and they'd got all or nearly all the non-group-only achievements for all faction zones.Anyone who subs to ESO Plus and gets the 10% XP bonus will be even more over-levelled for the 1-50 content. Something like this is really needed to counter the extreme over-levelling that ESO Plus will cause for anyone who wants to stay subbed.
I have no idea where this supposed rampant over-leveling happens.

I wanted one because I preferred to play Blackwater Blade and I wanted at least one character to be able to opt out of all the game ordained advancement systems.
game though.

Not sure 10% extra will make a huge difference. You will already over-level loads if you try to complete entire zones. To much exp from 1-50. My level 25+ alts get more exp per kill than my VR14
But if I look at it differently, clearing a full zone, hunting hidden side-quests, it's the same thing as working on achievements for titles and dyes really. Maybe we're not supposed to be in a perfect 5 level range and get gold and exp, when grinding achievements?
Exp disablers: I dont mind it really. Just a bit worried that people will find way to abuse the hell out of the system. There are actual financial advantages to not level up in ESO (sometimes). One example is loot scaling to your your level, has been a headache for many in the past, everything from warlock- and sunshine rings to easy dwemer pages. I guess I'm afraid we get scenarios with players using disablers to milk farm spots for easy money. But if that can be avoided, I'm all for it.

I can see how that would be appealing as you could essentially keep a non vet 49 in blackwater pvp and play a vet character to earn that level 49 CPs which would give a massive advantage to any newer players trying out pvp that have never earned a CP in their life.
