Now, I HAVE to use "OPENGL" to play the game w/o crashing to desktop with an error report, however I keep getting endless loading screens (and I mean ENDLESS). When I change to "D3D11", the game crashes within seconds while just standing there. Sometimes will crash to desktop before the game even reaches my character. "OPENGL" is just CRAP. The FPS is so bad I can not even cross the canals in Riften without losing control of my horse and falling into the water. I will be in open land and be attacked. Who? Where!? I don't know! They have not shown up yet. By the time I see where the direction is where to attack, I'm almost dead. Support keeps pointing to ATT/Comcast server issues here in California. However, does the "GraphicsDriver 7" line have ANYTHING to do with connection?

I believe ESO needs to just admit the game is not as playable as it used to be prior to patch 1.6. If I need to now purchase a new computer, then have the guts to tell me so I can pay 500.00 for one.

    I'm on ATT DSL in California and don't have your issue, so I can tell you customer support is likely full of it if that's the actual excuse they're giving you.
    I've been muted since November 2017 because of the whiny crybabies on this forum and the liberal ZOS employees coddling them.

    I have played lots of hours since 1.6 and i am not lagging.

    Maybe try resetting all you video settings. Some thing have changed and read some where on the forum that the max settings required a video card with more memory than before.

    I am still unsure if the game is CPU dependent or video dependent more.

    Personally , if you can , upgrade . Those specs are very low end .

    If my specs are not good enough to play 1.6 and greater of this game, then ESO needs to tell me such.

    This is the latest ESO support replied with:

    "It appears that the signal is being routed to California AT&T servers and completely drops. This appears to be the case with all the reports you have sent.
