Redeem Code Help

I bought elder scroll with the imperial edition that give me 30 days but when I put the code he asks a form of card or paypal payment, I do not have either of them already sent ticket for the support to see if they can help, but the only email I receive it was a survey to see if everything was settled, my problem was not resolved and I'm dying to play what I do.
I wonder if support could activate my code or I will have to wait for the free to play and when it is free to play will still be required to have card or paypal.
Have played and still play games that ask for subscription but none prevented to redeem the code.
Need Help.

It goes sub free tomorrow... Although you have already did the right thing by submitting a ticket to support.

In order to activate your subscription here, you have to input a valid form of payment of the subscription.

You then cancel the subscription after getting your account activated, and you enjoy your free time.

As @Missbizz says, the game begins a subscriptionless option tomorrow, so if you wait til tomorrow, you should be fine on just jumping into the game.

However, I really am not sure what the protocol will be starting tomorrow.

Support could activate the code for you.

If you are playing on the North American server the game will go Buy to Play today. I would say wait a couple of hours until the yellow message above indicates the server are up and try to redeem your code again. They might drop the "payment method for activation required" part.

If you only received a survey the actual answer probably went to your spam folder or there was a technical issue. Reply to customer support again or wait a couple of hours
