Truth, Lies, And Prisnoners quest.Cant get up to the upper level

hey,

Doing this quest i accidentally fell down from the upper level and now i cant get back up.I tried to use Liar's Passage, but it doesnt work.

What can i do?

I had the same problem, turns out I was in a party of 2 and the other one was offline. As soon as i left the party i was able to enter the Passage again.
