Anyone else notice your horse almost stop after you start charging? This has only happened since the patch for me. I hop on, start charging faster and then the horse just stops for a split second... then goes off again... This is annoying especially in PVP.

likewow777✭✭✭Happens in PvE zones as well. It's like the horse gets stuck on a small rock or something, though they explicitly said they were making horses run over small things more easily. I've found that once my horse really gets going, after the 1-2 stops, the stuttering doesn't happen.

✭yep been saying this for two weeks nowForce weapon swap to have priority over EVERYTHING. Close enough.
Make stamina builds even with magicka builds.
Disable abilities while holding block.
Give us a REASON to do dungeons more than once.
Remove PVP AoE CAP. It is ruining Cyrodiil.
Fix/Remove Forward Camps. They are ruining Cyrodiil.
Impenetrability needs to REDUCE CRIT DAMAGE. Not negate entire builds.
Werewolf is not equal to Vamps/Bats.0 -

k2blader✭✭✭✭✭Charging? My horse does it whenever, normal running or sprinting, in Cyrodiil. It's the most annoying thing about "PvP" right now for me, nevermind others crying about damage being done to them.Disabling the grass may improve performance.0

Thought maybe I was hitting twigs or pebbles or its just a annoying glitch. now I am seriously thinking they need to fix it. wait wasn't it suppose to be fixed with 1.6? didn't they remove everything that was suppose to stop us in open areas? ughhh.... 1 step forward two steps back ZOS.
