So you basically want the ability to shred people the second they drop below 50% HP
Don't get me wrong, unique morphs... And I approve of them. But I don't think "execute" range should be 50%, Radiant Destruction is an oddball, and isn't that why it's unique?

From what I understand, Radiant Destruction doesn't do its FULL damage at 50%, but rather scales stronger the more your enemies health declines. I think this is good design and makes executes a lot more versatile.
I just got out of Cyrodiil and holy hell, there were more laser beams coming from AD than what you see at a Tool show. It's pathetic to see them spamming jesus beams and still losing. Stay green.
Executer and killers blade also start at 50%.So you basically want the ability to shred people the second they drop below 50% HP

I killed two templars who did nothing but spam this on me the entire time at full health the other night. I just kept my shields up and smoked them both with overload. I really don't see what the big deal with this spell is.

These same amazingly skilled templars kill other builds that don't run shields. Templar X spams beam, enemys Y and Z crit charge and drop player below 50%. GG!
If you were me, Stamina Nightblade, what would you do to counter this? I use roll dodge and Dark Cloak for defensives, both of which are negated by this ability. Once templars learn that spamming the beam of glory pulls nightblades out of cloak for everyone to kill, they will spam nothing but.
Piercing mark poses the same problem for my build, and the only way I am able to counter it is to find the nightblade and kill him quickly. The problem we face is that once you see this ability, it is literally 2 seconds before you are dead. I would hate to see one ability force other players to use shields and magicka builds in order to counter.

The jesus beam sees your salt heathen, woe is the unbeliever who challenges the righteous.

Not sure about Killers Blade, but Executer do start at 50%.What drugs are you smoking...?Executer and killers blade also start at 50%.So you basically want the ability to shred people the second they drop below 50% HP

Since launch "execute" range has been 25-20% HP left, not 50%. Unless they changed it with 1.6, which would be ridonk.
Radiant Destruction often approaches the 10k dmg BEFORE the target is within execute range... and hits for FAR higher in it.

This is not true, while technically as stated the execute starts to scale at 50%, it is not until the 30% range where you really start to do more damage compared to your other base abilities (both in burst and raw dps). I know it probably seems that way, but it is simply not true. The benefit of starting the ability around 50% is not that it scales, but that if the target takes damage from other sources he is immediately in your stronger execute range <30% and blows up.
Unless when you say 10k you mean total over the 3.6 seconds. In which case most spammable abilities do 10k damage or more over the same amount of time. I assumed you meant 10k per tick.

Spammable abilities do as much damage over the 3 seconds, sure, but they're blockable and escapable. I can run behind a building and still get hit by the *** Radiant Destruction. Until that changes, it's OP.
I am glad all you Templars (idk if you are one Huntler) are having your day in the sun, everyone deserves their moment to shine... enjoy it while it lasts, however, 'cause it won't last forever.
