Ultimate Generation working correctly?

Is anyone else having issues generating ultimate? In my last hour of gameplay in Cyrodiil, I've generated no ultimate from light attacks or healing. Relogging seems to fix the problem for a short time. It could be that it stops working when I die. I have relogged three times to see it working fine again before breaking at some undetermined time. After it stops working, the only ultimate that i generate is from the Blood Spawn set. I'll keep a closer eye on it tomorrow to see if I can find exactly when it happens or if it's just random.

I've submitted a ticket but was wondering if anyone else has had problems or if it's a known issue.

Hey there @Tripe,

Do you happen to be using any add ons? It's possible that an out of date add on would not properly report ultimate generation based on the new system that was implemented.

I am using out of date add ons, but that is not the problem. It isn't that the add on isn't reporting it. When it is working, ultimate is reported by the add on. When it isnt working, the add on reports no ultimate gains except the blood spawn set. I can run around for an hour and not get an ultimate up. I've even had this happen while add ons were disabled.

I'm currently wearing different gear but I switched back for a couple of hours yesterday. While wearing my medium armor, I haven't seen this bug occur. When it does occur is when I'm wearing the Blood Spawn set. One other person I've talked to has reported having the same ultimate generation issues and she wears the same blood spawn gear. I'm about to jump back in game. I'll try rolling around with that set for a while and see if it happens again.

If I were to guess, the blood spawn proc isn't getting along with the way ultimate is proced now. It seems like a good place to start looking.

Should have mentioned that I wore the blood spawn set for a couple of days, having this bug occur multiple times. Then switched gear for a day or two without seeing it happen once. There was a couple hour period where I switched back to wearing the blood spawn set and within an hour was relogging due to being unable to generate ultimate.

Update: Updated add-ons, was not wearing Blood Spawn set. Played for about an hour before this bug hit again. Completely unable to generate ultimate through light attacks or healing allies. Even tried attacking an NPC. Relogging fixed the issue.
