Crafting certifier can not be found. i've looked in all three mage halls he'e listed to be found and he is not there. Were does this guy hang.

Daraugh✭✭✭✭✭You need to be at least level 6 to do crafting writ quests now. That was changed with 1.6. If he's not showing up in Vulkhel Guard, Wayrest or Davon's Watch for you and your toon is over level 6, he's bugged. That said, if I've done the provisioning quest, he seems to stay in the inn's kitchen for a while. Likewise with the other quests, he hangs out at whichever quest I've just completed.May all beings have happiness
