Shield Charge giving mobs CC immunity?
I noticed this a while ago, put in a bug report with no response. I was wondering if anyone else was noticing this on their own characters or if it is intentional (couldn't find any information on patch notes). Any feedback would be much appreciated as i use this ability very often.
