After Bar Swap Can't Execute Skills

I'm not sure if this has been raised, but I thought I'd post a video demonstrating the problem.

The symptom is that after a bar swap, skills can no longer be executed. The fix is either a single or double tap of the escape key.

You can see that I hit Impulse, but it doesn't actually execute it until after I swap bars. Then, nothing on the back bar will execute and I can't swap bars back. You can hear (and see the results of) me pressing the escape key, then things start working again.

I hope this video helps to resolve this issue as I'm sure I'm not the only one experiencing this.

This started for me with 1.6.5 Update and is persistent after the 1.6.6 patch. Sorry I forgot to mention that.

@Glierhuin , When it happens, I'm in the heat of the fray typically and don't really think about addons and troubleshooting it at the moment, then it stops doing it anyway and I can move on with the fight (if I'm not dead). It could possibly be addon related, but it doesn't seem like it. Impulse executed after I swapped bars and the trouble started.

There is a bit of latency issues you can see in the video. I'm at 250 or so, then it jumps to 500+. I can tell you that it's not 100% latency related though because I was just having a nasty spike 3k+ and I was testing the impulse/swap thing through the whole spike duration and I couldn't reproduce the problem.

It happens often enough to where I will try and see if removing all addons solves the issue, but it's more likely an execute/swap timing glitch.

So, here is an update demonstrating this issue.

I have no Addons enabled, and my ping rate is a stead 117 which is pretty normal for me. No lag, no addon issue, and the problem is persistent where the skills don't execute until the Escape button is pushed.

Hello @ZOS_JessicaFolsom ,

This is still an issue as it happened yesterday to myself and another group member at different times. The whole skill bar freezes up not letting you cast any spells at all. It's really annoying and hopefully can be resolved soon.
