Maybe they are already banned and removed :P
Prove it. Else stop posting fake rumors. Why are these players not being banned and their posts removed?

You're asking for me to get someone else to screen shot their champion wheel so that ZOS can pin point who to take points away from?
People in my guild were saying they were not running out of enlightenment and were getting 1CP per 10 minutes for hours and hours and hours. 200 would be tough to reach even at this rate, but I know some of them put in at least 14 hours at this. I'm sure others did more.
Was joking and i'm as skeptical about this as you are. Though it could be possible people were actually able to do this.
Im sure ZoS will take countermeasures. They've done so before with other game breaking bugs/exploits

To reach 200 champion points these players would only require 130 more because of their 70 starting points. This means if these players played more then 44 hours while this bug was around then they could have earned over 200 champion points. This is more then possible.
This is why I always advocated for a CP cap even if it is hidden and once a player reaches these caps they are immediately investigated for exploiting. The above is an exploit. Instead nothing will be done until these same players find a new exploit and earn vast amounts of champion points which then earns them a large PvP advantage.
Why are you so worked up about this?
Through exploits, some players currently have over 200 CP. These exploits (in majority) have been fixed. It is being kept under the radar as to not cause too much of an uproar.
Personally i'm not surprised, this happens in all games when developers put in a system that is inherently designed to create a gap between players.
Nothing will change, people who exploited will be allowed to keep their ill gotten gains. The exploits will be fixed, and nothing will be said by ZOS in hopes it all blows over.
For those who say this isn't happening. The same sort of thing happened a year ago with item duping using a bank bug, no one who duped dozens of Daedric motif's were punished, and the duped items weren't removed from the game

Because there's a lot of misinformation going around, and it's leading people to the conclusion that the whole system is broken. I'm also curious to see actual evidence of the 200+ CP. I believe players would absolutely exploit their way to get that if they could, but I also haven't seen anyone show a shred of proof that they were able to do that.

I guess my point is that because there's been no substantiated evidence of 200+ CPs, why get worked up over all of the noise on the forums? This is after all a semi-anonymous internet gaming forum--people post utter garbage 24/7. The trick is to ignore it.

Yes the dupers were punished/banned, but ok. Once again, instead of claiming its happening. Prove it.

I know its garbage, but what bothers me about this is that it is such a popular notion that other players are getting convinced this is real. Thats bad for the game, especially when its something thats not even happening. There should be at least the same amount or more posts asking for proof if such a thing exists. If it truly did it should get publicity, otherwise it shouldn't be here. Last thing this game needs is such massive disinformation causing players to quit.

I personally know people who walked away from the bank bug with dozens of motif's and never banned. Irregardless, the CP bug did exist and i know people who took advantage of it (not myself with my 74cp). I will not name anyone, and most who have done this don't want to be named.

It's not possible to prove it of someone else, since the CPs a character has isn't shown on any UI other players can see.It would be so easy to prove this, yet no one does.. hmmm.
