many of you saw how people leeching exp.
suggestion:
1)If you without group:player who hit mob first got 100 % exp.Others "leechers" got 0 exp.
2)If you play with group.Same as "1" but for the hole group.
or another suggestion:
player who hit mob first got 100% exp and others half of this value.(for solo grind)

Leecher is in stealth in corner of room when your group arrives and then shoots the monster/boss with a bow just before your group hits it. Leecher gets 100% xp and you did all the work and get nothing. Do you really want that?

in others MMO i can kill such players. And in some MMO such leechers can losed EXP and armour/weapon/gold per deathLeechers seems to be an MMO etiquette issue. I think players should just self regulate and just let other players know that they are unwelcome if they are really interfering in others enjoyment. However, if it becomes an issue of grinding spot turf wars that is another issue.

You do realize that this is an MMORPG, don't you?

You do realize it's 2015 don't you?
In other MMO's these days you advance your characters in endgame by doing dungeons, raids and pvp... not by mindlessly grinding trash. Trash mobs should be irrelevant to progressing your character, not be the fastest way to do so.

I do think, they should try to make all different types of gameplay viable, be it questing, dungeons, crafting, pvp and grinding. But instead they seem to break it more than fix it...

I am not the person who designs the games. I don't have any say whatsoever in the content that MMORPGs go with. I am merely pointing out that nearly all of them to date have had large amounts of mob grinding.
Just because many people would like mob grinding to go away does not change the prevalence of its use. I never stated whether I was for or against it, so what I "realize" about the way an MMO should be or should not be has nothing to do with anything.
The real question is: do the players of this game even realize what type of game they signed up for? What we want an MMORPG to be is irrelevant. Look at the track record of virtually every one in the past twenty years and then tell me that MMORPGs have not always had mob grinding somewhere close to their core gameplay.
