I LOVE sneaking around NPC houses and stealing all of their goodies. The little silver chests you can unlock and steal high-quality loot from is awesome. All around a really fun update that reminds me of older TES games. Good job ZOS, this was a good addition to the game! Keep it coming!!!

Yep, it needs quite a bit more refinement to stop some of the abuse and make it more dangerous. It also needs the Enforcer line asap but its definitely an AWESOME start.

i find this update very refreshing, with justice system towns are lot more alive than before, people roaming everywhere, exploring, questing, leveling.
enlightenment system is workign better than i expected, 3 day collection is awesome for casual players( tho i admit 6-7 day cap would be little bit better for most working people), it takes quite little time of hunting to deplete enlightenment(perhaps increase amount in future?) but that gives extra time to work on non(or slow) XP earning stuff.
new grould based unblockable aoes even from monsters are awesome, absolutely love icemages attacking with brutal force now.
didnt' have time to try out pvp yet since i'm enjoying pve so far.

anyhow, keep up the good work, thumbs up to new update!

Just wait until the players get involved as guards and it turns into gankfest. They will camp at the entrances to the outlaw retreats.

Agreed. I fear that what is a brilliant addition to the game in its present form will become a train-wreck if open world PvP is added to it.

Simple Flag for PVP toggle would be fine. All the Thieves who like living on edge (me) would flag themselves and wait for the incoming attacks xD

As far as I knew, only when your bounty is a certain amount does it mean Enforcers can attack you. An Enforcer really doesn't go after small time pickpockets.
