Combat lag that LOOKS like latenyc issue, but is not

Hi, everyone!
I need help with my combat lag, which i didnt have in beta.
So, im playing a sorc, i get this strange lag often when i try to cast a spell - the spell visual effects disappear and the spell doesnt work, enemy minions sometimes freeze at that point, sometimes they dont.
My ping is around 100, fps doesnt drop as well.
Now, the weird part - the issue is INSTANTLY fixed by pressing I or C in-game. For some seconds. So, when i fight - i keep spamming inventory or character screen, because only then the combat is fluent.
I have the latest drivers, checked 2 different internet connections, tried bypassing router with a wire, nothing helps.
Also, the HD armors load only a few seconds after i approach the characters, but that issue doesnt bug me.

ValtersSoul ShrivenI found many threads with problem like this from last year, but none had a solution.. But it seems that only some players are affected0

LaughingJack✭✭new issue for me as well.
occasional (and random) freezes(?) of some Actives, sometimes activating 4-5 seconds after keying them. ive not been able to narrow down which particular ones yet, or if it is only a couple that i am actually noticing. also not sure if it is actually just a side effect of being hit by an opposition spell/effect that is freezing me but is not visually obvious on my screen, ie. visuals not showing that i am actually locked down or stunned etc..
something has definitely changed.

I created a new sorc in a new faction/race. Original sorc still has the lag, the new one doesnt.0 -

LaughingJack✭✭latency for me has been all over the shop, and random.
250'ish is normal, but half the time it goes up over 500 and even clocks-out at 999+ - all for no apparent reason. this makes it very hard to play and sometimes impossible to even just move around, let alone go into combat.
i will be running a traceroute tonight to see if there is anything going on with my cable.
