dk staff build 1.6, help wanted

greetings citizens of tamriel.
with update 6 coming out tomorrow, I thougt I would leave my veteran characters rest for a bit, and play the game from the beginning again,
and there is only one class I havent played so far, the DK, and I like ranged combat, and I love the destruction staff in eso, but since I havent played the dk before,
and there are no up to date talent calculators, I would love som tips and insight on pve builds from those that have played destruction staff dk on the pts.

I'm using your build on my vr9 dk (just crafted armours though) and i love it, absolutely love it, so much fun and everything just melts. I do have to be careful on world bosses and such, but i feel its more fun now than the build i was using in 1.5.
