So whats going on with enlightenment?

So what is going on with enlightenment? I hear some people are accruing it, some people have 0. Patch has been live for 24 hours we should have some enlightenment. I wasn't able to get on until today and have 0 enlightenment. It popped up once saying I was enlightened but still have 0. bar is greyed out. Is enlightenment not on right now for some weird reason? I don't get whats going on with it. If someone at ZOS could reply and explain what is going on with it, when its going to be on if its not currently, or why some people seem to be getting it and some don't?

can we get like an "enlightenment bar" to show us some numbers? how much we have stored up and the basic stuff? right now enlightenment seems to be a best guess to how it actually works and it doesn't seem to be working at all right now.

It starts accumulating on your account from the first time you log on with a VR character. So if you weren't able to get on until today, you won't be enlightened until tomorrow, as it takes 24 hours to accumulate. I'm in the same boat.

Well I received the buff when I was in Cyrodiil at about 210K out if 400k so needed for a point. Turned in a kill quest, zoned to Malabor Tor to quest and lost the buff. At around 240K to 400K needed for a CP and still haven't received one yet. Is it me or is this borked beyond measure?

this is incorrect. it doesn't get applied once per day. it accrues at a fixed rate and max's out at 72 hours worth. according to ZOS. its not something that only gets applied each day.

I didn't say it's applied once per day, I said it takes 24 hours from when you first log in with a VR character to accumulate so that you become enlightened.

I just received a buff on 1 toon. I went and logged into another toon to grind a quick enlightened level. No buff on the second toon who was 153k/400k CP.

So I logged back into the first toon and NO BUFF!
