CRASH every time i port !

Hi !
i reported it on the PTS, but it is still in live !!
every time i use a wayshrine or travel to a new zone, to a friend, to cyrodiil, maybe everytime i get a loading screen after i logged in on my character, i keep CRASHING !!
the only thing that fixed it on the pts was a complete reboot. but now, even a reboot does not help it...
i can't play the game at all now...

This can occur for a variety of reasons. If you wouldn't mind, please submit a game consultant file to our customer support folks along with a brief description of your issue. They'll be able to take a look at that document and help determine the cause. Thanks so much for your patience!0 -

i submitted a ticket and included the report from game consultant, and the dump files logged at the crash.
for now this is a very serious bug.
will update here once i get an answer in cas others get the same problem.
