Imperial horse issue

So i created a new charachter to play through the new tutorial and when i get out in the world and checks my collections tab them imperial horse isn't there. Then i go to the stable and it isn't there either. So am i doing something wrong? I have had before the patch and now it's gone. And i have the collectors edition of the game so i should have it now to. Anyone having the same issue or anyone knows how to solve it?

Kragorn✭✭✭✭✭Have you logged in an existing character who has the horse? I'm not sure if that's what you have to do to get these items into the Collections system from your inventory/bank.
