Downloaded 4 % and a little over 9 gig left in case anyone wants to know the patch size.

    Sorry to disappoint you, but the patch notes say the update is between 20 to 25 GB.

    The patch size is actually in the Patch notes: http://forums.elderscrollsonline.com/en/discussion/154426/patch-notes-v1-6-5#latest

    And is 20-25gbs.

    The patch tends to come down in incremental "packages" depending on what needs to be updated. It allows for data in the same "patch" that is reliant on other data also in the same patch to have their requirements in place.

    Best practice: Open launcher. Walk away...
