Is Bow damage defined as physical damage?

Seems like an obvious yes - but I just want to be 100% sure here, since many Champion passives boost physical damage.
So I ask to be sure here - is bow damage = physical? or is it in game terms only melee that is physical?

Bows are Oblivion Damage, why do you think they hit so hard.0 -

Aerieth✭✭✭In 1.6 all abilities that use Stamina are affected by weapon damage, weapon critical and maximum stamina.
So, even though they might not be "physical damage" they do scale like they were.@Aerieth - PC EU Megaserver
