Shooting Star + Soul Harvest.

Cast Shooting star and switch to Soul Harvest on main bar, the Instant ult regen from Shooting star will still proc even if that is not your current ult on your bar.
first, 60 instant ult regen if at least 6 targets are hit by the inital hit., if those targets Die, another 60 ult, 10 per thanks to soul harvest..
anything else that enters the general DOT zone of Shooting star + AOE spam will give you the 80 ult you need as more mobs die too...
what would happen if this was as effective in PVP as it is in some Public Dungeons? would be badass. tho you would need to be the one making the killing blows for it to work.
Meteor is absolutely wonderful with the DOT addition. better base damage than Standard or Nova. even on a stam build its insanely powerful (this trick was tested on both magicka and stam builds and worked on both)
im sure this combo has been in game since release, but the 1.6 changes make it really "stellar"

Anywhere outside of public dungeons Shooting star or kills doesnt give so much ultimates...0
