Active Effects Tool-tips

Can we have more of the tool-tips under the Active Effects on the character sheet which look like the new Lycanthropy one?
Currently I can look at Active Effects and see Soul Siphoner, Boon: The Apprentice and Concentration. None of these have any information on what they are actually helping my character achieve though (I know the information can be gained elsewhere via Mundas Stones, Skill Sheet etc.) but having the information there and viewable would make information easier for new and old players to understand.

✭✭✭✭✭I have seen some effects in that part of the UI and I have no idea what they are doing. Should I rush off and try to take on that powerful mob while the effect is in place or should I cower in the bushes because I am squishy from the effects?Enjoy the game, life is what you really want to be worried about.
