Why does my selected quest constantly lose focus?

Although I've been playing the game for over a year, this minor annoyance is finally starting to grate on me. Very often, when I zone (or change to some instance inside a quest), the quest my journal is focusing on changes from what I had previously selected. It's easy enough for me to open my map and re-select the objective I've been working on, but I figure there's gotta be a fix for this.
Is there a setting I can change or something I can do to prevent my focused quest from changing when I zone?

Glierhuin✭✭✭I only see this when I had completed the current quest. Some quests might look like they are ongoing, but are actually a quest chain. Maybe that's it, otherwise I never had that issue.
Addons maybe?I have approximate knowledge of many things.0
