This build really needs Maw of the Infernal set to make it the ultimate toggle/petmancer since all you will be doing is light and heavy attacks!

& then add one of the new pets from the crown store... you'll then have FOUR things running / flapping around you!
.... which will distract the enemy & allow your light attacks to burn them down!
Win!

Who says I don't have it on under that bound armor?timidobserver wrote: »This build needs the set that summons a Daedroth.
I said it was viable, not optimal. Clearly, Overload is the damage dealer with this build. The Clannfear and Twilight do a moderate amount of damage; they are used to keep one enemy busy. Think of them as dynamic crowd control.post DPS from Bloodspawn....if it's less than 12k-->pets=junkghengis_dhan wrote: »I tried it just now for about an hour, and one small change makes it completely viable 1v1 or 1v2 with restoration or destruction staves for when you run out of ultimate. If you swap out the Assault toggle for Structured Entropy, you have a small ranged attack with a small self-heal and a nice boost to your health. Since I didn't need magicka recovery, I used the Twilight Matriarch for when Structured Entropy and the healing staff heavy attacks were not enough.
I was using all light armor with magicka enchants. I was wearing jewelry enchanted to boost armor. I put all my attributes into health. I did NOT apply any CP.
I went to a VR10 zone as a full VR14 character and easily solo'd some of the world bosses. The only time I was in real trouble was when I tried to take on more than 3 at a time. If you swap out Structured Entropy with either Lightning Form morph, you have a better time with groups.
If someone wants to try this as a sword-n-bored heavy armor type, I'd like to hear your results.
Yup, ZoS should just rename sorcerers to Togglemancers. It is a great name.
Pity that togglemancers won't be accepted in trials though as the pets still bring more problems than benefits.

If you're not using pet commands, they go after the first enemy you attack. Doesn't matter whether it's Rune Prison or Crystal Shard.Yeah, the Pet-KI is totally killing it.
I want to Rune Prison a boss mob --> all my pets start attacking EXACTLY the mob I wanted to CC. Great.

Is this from live or PTS? I've been testing on the PTS, and they usually stay fixed on the first enemy I attack. On fights with multiple bosses, one or both will sometimes switch to the boss I'm attacking if I've been attacking them for a while. This happened at Giant Camp and Troll Cave in The Rift. I haven't experienced this when fighting trash. Those fights are over too soon.ghengis_dhan wrote: »
well would be great if they would work reliably - if they draw aggro from any add mob they tend to go completly berzerk and jump through your enemys randomly breaking every cc possible completly ignoring the target you told them to attack or your own target :P
not to mention that you can´t tell them a target befor the fight starts or as a fight opner to not draw all enemys attention by yourself initially.
I tried it this morning replacing the Guard toggle with Daedric Prey on one bar and Empowered Ward on the other. Hit the ward, switch bars, curse, then staff or Overload if you have ultimate. Giant Camp east of Riften was easy. Troll Cave was a bit hard. Without any good self heals, I kept spamming Empowered Ward and restoration staff heavy attacks. I have to say the Clannfear can take a LOT of punishment. Too bad the Twilight Matriarch couldn't heal him as well.I like it. But, I think I would have to use at least curse for the bonus pet damage.
