Is the new potion duration bugged or intended?

here a few examples

24 dropped 9.5sec
vr1 dropped 16,4sec
vr5 dropped potion 18sec
vr1 crafted 28.8sec
vr5 crafted 31sec

So it seems duration now scales of potion level and whether its crafted or not, just want to confirm if that how its supposed to be @ZOS_GinaBruno.

(friendly remimder you can get +30% from alchemy passive and therefor a close to 100% uptime on vr5 crafted without any effort)

3/3 Medicinal Use + 1x Glyph of Potion Cooldown Reduction = Always on potions. I like it this way, you can sacrifice your gold to avoid using skills to get buffs. It will get expensive though.

At least its a possibility to free up your skillbar.......and to get rid of your gold ^^

While I like the potion effects lasting longer, the increased cooldown time still negatively affects NBs and Sorcs who rely on heal pots since they don't have any direct healing abilities (and what healing abilities they do have can be very hit or miss, depending on the ability). It doesn't matter how long a buff stays up if you can't drink another heal pot to stay alive.

To OP, I don't think this is a bug. It's a necessary part of differentiating potions that are crafted vs looted vs bought from crown store. If you want to learn more about all the changes and issues with potion usage in 1.6, see my thread.
