How about Hist Bark set...

3 question about Hist Bark:
1. It's 18% change to dodge during block or will be increased to 20%?
2. Is this counting as Major Evasion buff?
3. And finally, it stacks? Cause this buff applies only when i am blocking so it is "occasional"...

    According to my tests on the PTS, hist bark doesnt stack with the Major evasion buff. And it should be like this. Otherwise 38% dodge chance is super OP in both PvP and PvE.

    They could consider changing the 5 Items Bonus to "gain Major Evasion while blocking" however this would make it a 20% dodge chance.

    Would be nice if they stack. At some point ZOS said it should but they know that it does not. Other stupid bug atm is that hist bark eats commands ^^

    I know I have a headache right now, but I can't make that make sense! And I use Hist Bark for tanking, so I'd quite like to know what you mean.

    Sometimes I've noticed that the "dodge" animation causes your toon to seize up and become unresponsive for a moment... maybe this is what he's talking about.

    Dont use macros and fire your skill after the animation. It is simple.

    First of i use no macros at all. If u r unlucky and press the taunt and in the same moment hist bark dodge procs wich u cant forsee it sometimes does not apply the effect.
    It occurs not so often but when it does it seems in 4 out of ten times to eat (ignore) the used skill :). Not that big problem but sometimes kinda annoying ^^.
