We really do not need more of these polls. If someone is not satisfied with the game, they are free to leave whenever. As for those of us who enjoy the game and see the potential it has for future content; we provide feedback and discuss various topics in the forum.

    So just vote "Yes".

I chose the last option, cause it's obvious that 95% of the things Zenimax said or envisioned were the typical marketing lies.

After realising that their endproduct was everything but a success they need to do something, change the payment model and try to make things to get the $$$ (Crown Store and all the hold back now called DLC content).

Well, I would be happy if ZOS will keep their word (and fix lfg tool ). We've been lied already. And I'm here only because I still do care. I can't vote right now. But I hope that someday I'll be proud that I was here from the beginning. No lies, no empty promises - and a lot of players will be happy.

Although I do still hope the game gets better. I feel the game is trying to be to many things.

If the game finds a way to fix the broken end game from being a GitRektZurgFest and tries to get the PVE up to speed with other MMO's then I will vote yes.

Right now we are about to enter a "rerelease" of the game and most of it is focused on PvP with the CP system and stat gain. Sadly that leaves fixing PvE endgame on the back burner for now.

    and got so much potential
the game have a lot skill and many possibility for build but because unbalance skill you see most of the time the same build so now a lot of possibility and potential build are on the pause :( so my big issue is to balance the skill and is still not done after 1 year :(

I think that the game has a lot of potential. There are things that I really like about this game, but it does have some major issues that are dragging it down. Unfortunately, I can't say cautiously optimistic until i see some signs that they are taking some of them more seriously.

So people that are not satisfied with the game should just leave rather than provide feedback that they are not happy? Even if it is just to check a box to say that they are not happy.

Sadly, that is what tons of people have already done. The game can't survive with players leaving in the large numbers that they have. Feedback from fans of the game only goes so far. The devs need feedback from those that aren't enjoying the game, so that they can improve it and retain more players. Granted, a poll isn't going to do that. In fact, a poll on the forum is not even going to provide an valid insight into the opinion of the general player base.

I was extremely satisfied with the game when it first launched, despite the bugs. I knew they could be resolved in time.

The dupe bug happened and it was lame. ZOS' response was also lame, and it was an early warning sign of things to come. Even so, I held my optimism.

However, over time, I have become more and more pessimistic as ZOS has failed to deliver on their promises. Hearing spellcrafting has been shelved indefinitely kind of put the final nails in the coffin for me.

At this point I am pretty sure this game will minimally change over the course of the next few years. For the most part I expect ZOS to just milk TES IP for money while barely advancing the game. I think they've given up.

Levels 1-45 or so are good.
For me the turn-off occurs at VR1 -VR14.

If silver, gold quests and the VR levels were removed I'd say this is one of the best MMORPG's since WoW Vanilla.

But in all seriousness I would love to see this game make changes for the better, however the faults I find with it are mostly things I can deal with. Besides the grass is rarely greener, every MMO is plagued with a host of issues. Pick your poison.

Not being satisfied doesn't mean I don't like the game. I just know it could have been / should have been a whole lot better than it is.

    An inadequate engine...
    Inadequate testing...
    Some poorly thought out concepts...
    An inadequate interface...

I have to say the Beta was great. I liked the visions and ideas that the Developers shared with us. It was a constant flow of information and promises, if we had a concern they listened and tried to implement it. Gina, Jess, Kai, Gary just to name a few - many great mods that you could always have some fun with, be it at "Baltimore" or the back of a Guar.

The best example are the VR´s. We as a community wanted to have a level experience on a single char, but on all factions. A few months later, ZO gave us the VR system and everyone was happy. We also got a few brackets for Cyrodil, changes to provisioning, the Dye system etc.

Our Community Managers invented the Road Ahead, ESO live and actually let us be a part of their thoughts. I have to say that besides one or two examples from the past, no company ever did this and it felt like home. Multiple questions of mine were answered almost instantly, even if they were critical or my posts at the forum.

Unfortunately did something change over time, about 3-4 months in. ZO still believing to do what we want, was mislead by a vocal minority. A minority that hated on our VR system, a minority that was raging in fear due the potential world pvp implementation with the justice system and "their" poor NPCs that could die. Players that opened threads every day with silly polls and accusations of "we want". People that put their own interests and idea´s over those good for the games future.

First did the VR zones see a massive nerf so that the once glorified increasing difficulty that didn't allow many mistakes and should serve as a stepping stone for later grouping, became a walk in the park. A park that had rain showers every single day, but no players to play with. The fun was just gone and the upcoming Trials and Dungeons became a nuisance, as we didn't meet any players before reaching them and now we were forced to know a hell lot of people to actually advance on the game? Who designed this? Its a contradiction, one that so many MMO´s have these days.

From 1- max level you play alone, but then you cant anymore... and must group!

I must admit that I never again bothered with it, my chars didn't feel any desire to get back to VRs. Not because of VR´s itself, but because of the changes that came and the feeling of not being the target group anymore, a group now that consisted of min / maxers & pro gamer guilds, but no longer ES fans and Casuals.

Over time ZO canceled content after content, but added raids, dungeons and nothing else of what was once promised. In 1.6. we still won't get the pvp part of the justice system, instead however, guards and many NPC´s are unkilll-able, but stronger than Hercules ever was.
To me ZO was trapped in listening to those that screamed loudest while those who were a member of this community since 2-3 years were forgotten.
Overall the community changed a lot over the past year, not to the positive I must add.

I can of course not speak for all from Beta, but to me the 17th will be the day when I claim my loyalty reward and then join the F2P crowd and just see what happens. Its not the game that let me down, its the way how our Beta feedback was forgotten, just like all the promises.

Can I blame ZO? No I can´t, they are new in the business and don't understand yet that vocal minorities are not the actual majority of their customers. Besides that, their heart is at this game, they wanted it to be good and big, so the brave announcements of new content every 4 weeks was a bit naïve.
Quite soon after release they realized that Pandora's box was now opened and that their loyal fans would really believe that such a workflow would be possible. The demands got bigger and bigger and as soon the small finger was given, the "never happy with anything" faction took over and were the only ones to be heard.

ZO tried to hard to please everyone, while pleasing just those that were fans of ES would had been sufficient to remain successful.

Besides AOC, ESO has the most beautiful setting of the current gen MMO´s. A wonderful community team and Devs with visions. I hope for ZOS that those clever people will get a chance to design their game how they want to. This would personally make me very happy. :)

2nd to last QA topic in the alliance war section sticky. Where's the Imperial City even though it's been finished for months? Sitting in a VC waiting for DLC money.
Q: Are you all done building Cyrodiil or will there be any PvP updates?
A: There will be plenty of updates to Cyrodiil as the game lives on. There are already plans for the first few patches!

Not happy with PVP, feel the exploits have been ignored for too long and its ruining PVP for everyone in it by making the scoring system a joke, I voted cautiously optimistic they will be fixed in U1.6 as for the game in general happy enough.

Yes Im very happy with ESO or Id find another game to play. The only thing bugged me was giving the loyalty rewards to anyone who dropped some cash up front. They were supposed to be for long term subscribers who had been with the game a long time. I worry this sets a bad example moving forward when they claim to not want to offer pay to win items.

I'm a casual player and we are not welcome here unfortunately. The game ends when you complete Caldwell's gold, there is nothing to do. I'm so casual so I can't even run dungeons because I just don't have time to polish my build, I really want to play as I want but I can't. Craglorn is not available for the same reasons.

Mislead. We were sold this game (way back in early beta) as a PVP centered end-game. Cyrodiil was rough, but there were many promises that things would become more interesting. We never really got that "reason" for PVPing. The item rewards are lackluster, there's very little realm loyalty, nothing has been done about emperor farming, the skill trees are a joke when compared to the realm ability trees of DAOC, etc. It just never measured up to the promises.

Fast forward to now, and you realize they've done almost nothing to make PVP more interesting. The content updates, while almost 100% focusing on PVE, at least started out strong with Craglorn, but then they basically stopped. We got a few refreshed "veteran" dungeons. We were promised awesome things like Imperial City, spellcrafting, new zones on a regular basis. All that fell to the wayside in favor of dev time polishing the base game for the consoles.

I could go on and on, but what it amounts to is that it feels like the PC base was abused as beta testers for console. I know it isn't what the original developer vision was, and I feel like they, of course, had to cave to financial demands.

I've learned one thing - big dev houses just have too many demands and need to make too much money, so end up watering everything down to appeal to the masses. Here's hoping that a few of the promising crowd-funded MMO games actually pay off. I have hopes for a couple, and if you want to know where to look, send me a PM.
