I use a Mac. I'm not sure whether these are also problems with the PC Client.
1. The perennial first-person bank bug remains in 1.6.2. That's the one where you're
scrolling through the list of items in the bank and suddenly the game
interprets your mouse wheel scroll as meaning that you wanted to
change the perspective on your character. So you're suddenly dropped out of the bank interface into third-person and get to watch your character diminish in size for the second that it takes to figure out that the bug has happened. Then you have to growl and hit E to go back into the bank.
2. A NEW bank bug exists in 1.6.2. This is when the
banker NPC decides to move during your transaction,
dropping you out of the bank interface. It's a real pain in the backside right now considering that there's no functioning Roomba addon so all Guild Bank restacking has to be done by hand.
I haven't tested this second bug in third-person and I have to work for the rest of the day
. Perhaps someone else could do that?
Between these two bugs, I've been finding myself thrown out of my personal bank typically twice per transaction, and out of my Guild Banks 2 or 3 times per transaction. They're driving me insane!
3. Reporting a new MOTD.
"The message of the day for $Guild-name" notification is still buggy. I got excited when I switched character and didn't get the Notification on the second character - I thought maybe you'd fixed it so we only see it
once per account. But then I switched to a third character and saw it again... but only for TWO of the THREE Guilds whose MOTD had changed!
It seems that if you have any other Notification, e.g. about a new horse which is added to your Collection, it makes the MOTD Notification run again. Erratically.
4.
Setting Guild MOTD. Obviously only Guildmasters or Officers are going to be able to report this bug, but it is extremely annoying for us. On Live, you can click the Edit button, and then click anywhere inside the text field and drag to highlight a section or all of the existing MOTD. This allows you to delete the entire MOTD quickly to replace it with a new one.
On 1.6.2, you can't do this. The only way you can delete the old MOTD is by
holding down the Delete/Backspace key. I can't believe this is by design, or that any Guild Officers asked for it.
It would be helpful if people using the PC Client could confirm whether these are also bugs for you. Thanks!
