[EU] Server Rollback at stage 10 of Dragonstar Arena Veteran - Reward lost

Good afternoon,
After more than an hour spent in the Veteran Arena, we were fighting the very last stage boss (Battlemaster) when everyone in the group got a loading screen and got sent back to their previous location. When we tried to get back to DSA, the instance had been reset to stage 1, as if nothing happened.
To us the main reason for doing Veteran Arena is the access to the final chest and that was exactly what we couldn't get because of a server issue.
We particularly appreciated being taunted by bosses that we had killed when coming back to the lobby.
Since we have cleared the Veteran Arena multiple times in the past and would have received the final reward in a matter of minutes if it wasn't for this rollback, I am requesting access to the final veteran chest for the 4 members of the group. (Veteran chest, not normal version)
Ticket number: 150221- 000698 (with the @name of the 4 players involved)

✭Ridiculous. I've had some crappy rollbacks but nothing close to that bad.. Sorry.
