Can't Create Non-Human Races

Was not able to Create a new Khajiit character due to the error that says "missing eyebrow type" and thus could never create it. I notice Humans/Mer have this slider but Khajiit and I think Argonian does not. However When I proceeded with another race I did see Khajiits in the pts so I am not sure if it is just me or not.

    HA, I had this exact same error creating an Argonian. I think it's tied to the randomize button.

    I simply went back to the character roster screen and restarted. then manually altered my appearance. Worked Fine.

    Yea randomize was used.

    Maybe this is ZOS' next step after gutting the only useful Argonian racial passive?
