This is a tiny and unoticed detail but I think it will have a significant consequence on the outcome of ultimate use.
In some specific situations and for some playstyles with the new mechanics generating ultimate will be much easier for some than for others, mainly for 2 reasons:
one would be the range from the target, you can simply stay on a wall or a rock or whatever and shoot light or heavy attacks at someone to charge ultimate, just an example. The other reason is that melee attacks can be avoided much easier than ranged attacks and also light attacks seem to have a bigger hitbox + it follows the target.
I tend to not give much importance to 1.6 patch because imo isan unpolished plan and this specific concern might be insignificant, but let's give this a thought anyways.
