@ZOS, 1.6.4 *MISSING* fixes for the most major bugs the game has ever seen

1. Disappearance of health bars. Makes game unplayable. Needs a hotfix, cannot test on PTS without this. fixed
2. Nirnhorned trait on weapons bypasses all spell resistance, resulting in ridiculous high damage. Needs a hotfix, cannot test on PTS without this.
3. Loss of alliance indicators in PvP. Needs a hotfix, cannot test on PTS without this. fixed
4. Ultimate stops being generated entirely. Needs a hotfix, cannot test on PTS without this.
5. Open Map while moving, close map, teleport back to where you opened map. Needs a hotfix. fixed
I am sure there are lots of others I am not listing here.

✭✭still getting disappearing health bars and alliance indicators, restart seems to fix it and bring them backPC/NA || Cyro/BGs || solo/smallscale || retired until Dagon brings a new dawn of PvP1
