All imperials are bald

I made an imperial female sorcerer on the PTS and despite choosing luscious long golden hair, it came out bald when I got in game. I tried again with a Mohawk and once again bald, apparently imperials have some horrible family history in female pattern baldness. Didn't happen with male imperials but not sure if it does with other races....
