My undaunted gold pledge counter does not update past 30 pledges for weeks now

Hi,

I submitted a bug report yesterday,
I do the pledges everyday except for this week, and in the achievement log the counter that shows the amount of gold pledges i have done is stuck at 30 now, before it was stuck at 29

Last week one day it showed i did 38 gold pledges. I have gotten only 4 shoulders for i dont even know how many gold pledges i have done and i worry the fact the counter does not update properly affects my changes negatively

Can you please check my account and tell me if there is a way to fix the counter? I am away from home and playing on a laptop now and it also does not update, so repairing the client wont do it.

We can definitely check into this for you. To our knowledge, this isn't something that can be jump-started on the back end, but we can certainly let you know what we come up with!

There is a bug with this . Many people like me are stuck at 20 points in Lv9 undanted since it came out. Hoping its just visual and 1.6 solves it.

This is going to seem like a rather basic question, but this is for the "Pledge Taker" achievement under Dungeons > General, correct?

Its regarding the two things actually. Sorry i didn't read well .:)

Beesting is talking about the achievement under vet dungeons that counts the number of vet pledges you did. Here i have 66 and counting good
Mine is about the undaunted level itself that dosent go up from 20 points in lv9

Hey there leandro.800ub17_ESO,

That is by design. Currently, 9 is the max level for the Undaunted skill line. The leveling displayed after you reach 9 is a bug that we're investigating.

@ZOS_GaryA yes i am talking about the achievement under veteran dungeons, general

I like seeing how many gold pledges i have done, not to see it stuck on 30 pledges for ever

Is there a way you can fix that on your end? The number should be somewhere around 50

@ZOS_GaryA i found that i was looking at the wrong counter, for the silver pledges...
how it was 38 and now 30 i dont know, but i have stopped doing silver pledges some weeks ago

the counter "death has not claimed you" is updating and now at 43

so this has been answered, thx for the help !
